What are Father’s Rights?

What we focus on is making sure “GOOD” fathers get heard. What do we mean by that? The way the “system” is set up you are set up to lose, or so it seems. The courts are actually mandated to attempt to split custody or visitation time in half but rarely does that happen.. Why? Another great question.. In many cases it is because the father may have committed serious crime either in the past or have charges pending, sometimes even domestic violence against the mother. Well there isn’t much we can do about that part, it just comes naturally that if you have felonies or domestic violence charges the judges will not see you fit to share custody but would rather set up visitation at a trusted location. Some fathers are so called “dead beat dads” and just do not want to be there. But what about the “GOOD” fathers, the ones that have no felonies, have no domestic charges or convictions and just want to be a father to his kids. They Work Hours upon hours a day at work to pay the bills, then all of a sudden the woman wants out.. What then? guess what you are stuck paying for the house and have to try to find somewhere else to go, unless she just flat out leaves and takes the kids with her.
